The Faculty of Applied Science of Communications

The Faculty of Applied Science of Communications was established in 1372 based on the permission of Expansion Council of Ministry of Culture and Higher Education.The faculty is affiliated with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology from the organizational point of view and it is a follower of the regulations of the Ministry of Science,Research and Technology from the educational point of view,and takes measures to admit students under the supervision of the Comprehensive University of Applied Science and Technology.
The educational programs of the faculty have been prepared within the framework of the educational system of applied science.
In 1374 a part of educational activities of the faculty was transferred to Isfahn;however because of the changes in the educational policies of the Ministry,the activities continued in Tehran again.
Since the educational activities in the applied specialized fields of the affiliated companies are within the educational priorities of the faculty based on the duty description of Ministry of Information and Communication Technology;planning for the Mobile Master’s courses(in NSS and BSS fields)has been included in the prospective agendum of the faculty.
